Mark Marjorie, Isabel and Lorenzo,
It has been a year since our remodeling work was completed, and I wanted to let you know how much we love all the work you did for us. We have been enjoying the new addition to the kitchen, and the new sitting area off of the bedroom. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with the new cabinets and countertops. We especially like the island, which is used every day as an eating area.
All the work you did for us was done professionally and without a lot of inconvenience to us—although Jack was the one at home every day while I was at work. After listening to others who have had, or are currently having remodeling done, I am happy that we used American Design and Remodeling to have our work done. When we have had some things that needed to be corrected this last year, you were out there quickly to fix it. Thank you again for everything. We love our "new" house.

Thank you for the beautiful job you did on our kitchen remodel/addition as well as the roof on our second story deck. Both jobs were completed with professionalism and great attention to detail. When it came to remodeling the kitchen, you were able to take an angled outside wall and transform it into a usable space for a breakfast counter and nook. This was all done to make it look like it was an original part of the house. To exemplify this, you took a great deal of time and effort to match existing wood trim and window ledges that were present in the adjacent room. There are many other examples of your attention to detail that are too numerous to go over in this letter, but all were much appreciated. You were able to complete the project on time and within the specified budget, which you come to expect from a contractor, knowledgeable about remodeling. Thanks again to you and your staff for making what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant and painless endeavor. I would not hesitate to call your company again to remodel any other part of our home.

The bathroom is looking great, especially when you consider that the starting point was the old shower pan falling through the rotten floor into the crawl space. It's turned into a flawlessly beautiful place that entirely suits our needs and taste.
I appreciate your attention to detail, the creative efforts and suggestions that took off from my ideas and transformed a claustrophobic five by ten foot "necessary room" into something elegant that feels spacious and light. I appreciate that you never said "You can't do that," but had that imagination and creative resources to figure out a way to get things I wanted to happen. I appreciate that in the inevitable rough spots in a job as complicated as this, everyone listened to me carefully, and professionally addressed my concerns.

Sito was especially great and we appreciate all his hard work and the fact that he was willing to go the extra step to make us happy. He was always polite, did excellent work, and cleaned up after each day's "adventure." We have had a lot of compliments on our bathroom since it was completed. Everything works perfectly and looks beautiful. You have not only helped to increase the value of our home, but have made it more enjoyable to live in. My sister says the paint color is perfect. The Jacuzzi is wonderful! The extra shelves in the shower have been very hand. I really like the look and the function of the triple shower door with the "Jack Frost" glass.

We just celebrated the holidays in our newly remodeled kitchen and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our daughters were home on vacation and they knew they were home, but they did not recognize the kitchen! While no major changes were made to the floor plan, the new cabinets, counter tops, lighting and floor covering made the room look bigger and brighter. With the new recessed lighting I was able to bake Christmas cookies at night and could see as well as in the daylight. We are glad to be able to sit at the kitchen table and to not feel a cold draft now that we have our new sliding glass door. We are also pleased with our master bath. We are so happy to have replaced the unused tub with a fabulous functional shower. Our closets are beautifully organized as well.
Joe was reluctant to do any remodeling but Mark put him at ease. Mark was very patient and clear about how things were going to be done and about why things cost what they cost. Lorenzo was also able to keep Joe calm. Marjorie was very good in taking care of hundreds of little details and suggestions regarding design. While the painters were less than meticulous, Joaquin and the other tile workers were true artisans. Lorenzo and his crew were conscientious, respectful workers who arrived on time and were careful to clean up every day before they left. The "touch up" phase took time, but all the items on the checklist were addressed. We would not hesitate to recommend American Design and Remodeling for anyone's remodeling needs. It was a pleasure working with them.
